First Response Group provide total security, facilities, technology and vacant property solutions to businesses across the country.

The Micro Agency worked closely with the team at FRG to produce a conversion focused website that separated the four main service departments into distinctive sections. Each section adopts a unique colour scheme which brings in the brands colour palette.

The Micro Agency website process ensured SEO, conversion rate optimisation and usability was considered from the very beginning.

The website was fully designed, built, populated and tested, that’s The Micro Agency difference!

A full schedule of improvement works for FRG

The previous FRG website lacked any brand recognition, trust signals or a clear conversion funnel. Visitors were left confused and unclear as to what to do once they visited the website and the data indicated a similar trend which highlighted a low engagement rate, high bounce rate and poor quality enquiries.

The new website has addressed all of these issues. FRG are seeing increased engagement, a higher click through rate and the enquiries coming through are high quality.

For the FRG team, they now have insight into the performance of the website like they never had before, with Google Analytics and event tracking fully integrated.

“The Micro Agency understood how our business had outgrown our old website structure, listened to our key objectives and responded with a website redesign solution that perfectly addressed the issues we had around complex user navigation. They were highly responsive to our questions, patient when our design requirements changed and extremely knowledgeable around protecting, and improving, our SEO. We are exceptionally pleased with the process and the results.”
